Shipping & Return Policy

We ask that you please read and understand our Shipping & Return Policy. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns before purchasing.

How does shipping work?
You can expect to receive your package within 5-7 business days. 
Orders placed on Friday will not be shipped out until Monday.

Rosewell ONLY OFFERS ONLINE STORE CREDIT FOR RETURNS. We do not refund back to your original method of payment. Please feel free to contact us directly regarding sizes or styling as we are more than happy to assist you with any questions.

Items can be returned within 14 days from the date your items are delivered. Items must be in original condition within 14 days to receive an exchange or store credit. DISCOUNTED/SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.

Merchandise must be in perfect condition. We inspect each item before we package and send them out to you. Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged will not be accepted for return.
Please do not use scissors or any sharp utensils to open your package.
Unacceptable returns will be returned to the customer at their own expense.

Please note, returns may take 2-5 business days to process from date of arrival. When returning, please securely pack and seal returned items with the invoice included in an appropriate shipping box or envelope as we are not liable for packages we do not ship ourselves. Rosewell does not provide shipping labels for returns. Original invoice must be in included in your return packages. 

Please note: We are not responsible for return shipping or returns lost in transit.  If your package is lost in transit, you will need to file a claim with the post office. We recommend purchasing tracking when returning an item and keeping shipping receipts for your records
